East Kent Housing launched on 31 March to provide housing management
and maintenance services to the tenants of the four district councils
of East Kent; Shepway, Canterbury, Dover and Thanet. The 'super' ALMO
is intended to achieve efficiencies that can be invested back into
landlord services and to achieve higher performance levels on behalf
of tenants, leaseholders and their landlords.

Michael Guest Associates acted as Independent Tenant Advisors during
the proposals and development of this new company; provided key advice
on its governance arrangements, trained the board in their roles and
responsibilities and supported senior managers with their company
secretarial role.
